Return Policy

RETAIL CUSTOMERS:

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Include name, mailing address, email and phone number with your return. A check will be issued for the purchase amount plus your return shipping cost, less 5% restocking/handling charge within 30 days of receipt of returned item(s). Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for another color or to replace defective item. Exchanges are based on availability. Out of stock items can be returned for refund (see refund policy above).

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:

Defective merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A check will be issued for purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of returned item(s) plus the return shipping cost.
